5,000 Syrians have been killed in the last 12 months by their own government, purely for daring to speak out against it. 37,000 are being held in detention without charge.
I get to say whatever the fuck I want about whoever the fuck I want without fear of being arrested, beaten, or executed. I’ve never had to fight a day of my life for the freedom I take for granted.
